Villa Wikkelä offers 3 separate bedrooms with high-standard beds for 6 persons and a bedroom upstairs for 4 children and adults. The living room has a real fireplace, spreading the coziness and warmness throughout the villa during the winter time. The kitchen is furnished with all the conveniences in a traditional Finnish house. The doors and windows in villa Wikkelä are made of glasses to amplify abundant natural light while never detracting from the main feature of the villa – the views of forest, river, and the northern lights.
The wellness journey for body relaxation after a long arctic adventure starts from the modern Finnish sauna inside the villa to the luxury Jacuzzi in the terrace and the Traditional Finnish wooden beach sauna. There are fireplaces in the terrace as well as in front of the beach sauna for some snacks and coffee.
Wikkelä Villa is located next to Simojoki river and around 18km to RanuaZoo. There is an snowmobile trail about 0,5km away from Wikkelä for your snowmobile adventure in winter and famous cloudberry mires nearby in summer. You can also find equipment for different kinds of activities from standup paddleboards, snowmobiles, bicycles, a boat, snowshoes, a quad bike, fatbikes etc in the Villa. Some are free for guests to use, some need extra fees for supervising, guiding and arrangement. Please let us know in advance in your booking your needs.
